Tyler was super responsive over email (my preferred way of communication), and was able to solve all my issues later that day in about 2 hours (I had to drop my Mac off at his shop).
Then a few days later I had an emergency with a personal MacBook Pro: the new OS X was not downloading and installing properly over WiFi. He was able to quickly obtain and install new memory sticks for my 2009 MacBook Pro the same day I called, was upfront about the cost and even took the time to look at my failed external hard drive while I was waiting, as a courtesy. “I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler from Carmichael Solutions twice so far, both for my personal and business computer needs.
